Job Title: Resident Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or relevant discipline)
Proven experience as a Resident Engineer on construction projects
Responsibilities:
Oversee on-site project execution and ensure compliance with design specifications
Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety standards
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
Resolve technical and operational issues on site
Maintain daily reports, documentation, and project records
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Resident Engineer on similar projects
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Gulf Region construction standards and regulations
