Job Title: Site Cost Control Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in cost control or quantity surveying on construction projects
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering discipline
Experience in construction projects within Gulf Region or Egypt preferred
Fluent in English
Available to work in UAE or Egypt (Shaikh Zaied / New Cairo)
Requirements:
Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and costs
Analyze and track project expenditures and forecast future costs
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors on cost-related matters
Prepare financial reports and cost documentation
Ensure compliance with contractual and company financial procedures
Proven experience in cost control for construction projects
Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills
Ability to work under pressure
