Job Title: Club Manager
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience managing clubs, gyms, or leisure facilities
Fluent in English
Available to work in UAE
Requirements:
Oversee daily operations of the club, including staff management and guest services
Develop and implement club policies, procedures, and programs
Ensure high standards of customer service and member satisfaction
Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting
Coordinate events, promotions, and activities to enhance member engagement
Proven experience in club or leisure facility management
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
