Administrative Coordinator

Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate day-to-day activities and information flow between the bank and the Back Office team.
• Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform data entry and verification with a strong focus on numerical accuracy.
• Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of financial data and operational reports.
• Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries related to administrative and transactional matters.
• Support the team with various administrative duties including scheduling, filing, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines in all administrative processes.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in a financial or banking environment.
• Strong numerical and calculation skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), and comfortable working with spreadsheets and data systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
