Job Title: Technicians / PDR Technician
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in the automotive industry, preferably with luxury or premium brands
Strong background in Sales, Technical, Customer Service, or Marketing
Fluent in English and Arabic; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Requirements:
Perform paintless dent repair (PDR) and other vehicle maintenance tasks with high precision
Inspect and assess vehicle damages and provide technical solutions
Coordinate with service, sales, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
Adhere to safety standards, quality controls, and company procedures
Proven experience as a technician in the automotive luxury or premium segment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
