Job Title: Sr. MEP Quantity Surveyor – Mechanical
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying, preferably in mechanical services
Proven experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
Requirements:
Prepare, review, and manage mechanical MEP bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents
Monitor project costs and track variations to ensure budget compliance
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors on cost-related matters
Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and documentation for management
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, project specifications, and industry standards
Proven experience in mechanical MEP quantity surveying
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
