Job Title:
Real Estate Manager – Dubai
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / MBA in Real Estate, Marketing, or Business Management
RERA certification (Dubai) preferred
5–10 years of experience in Real Estate sales, leasing, or property management
Proven experience in the Dubai real estate market
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee residential and commercial real estate operations in Dubai
Handle property sales, leasing, and portfolio management
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and brokers
Ensure compliance with Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) regulations
Conduct market research and analyze property trends
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and closures
Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Strong analytical and reporting abilities
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
