Job Title:
Bid Coordinator – Interior Design / Architecture / Construction (UAE)
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in bid management, tendering, or business development
Proven track record in coordinating bids and securing projects in the UAE market
Experience with proposal writing and presentation for interior design, architecture, or construction projects
Requirements:
Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids, tenders, and proposals
Liaise with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather technical and commercial inputs
Develop compelling proposals that meet client requirements and company standards
Maintain and update bid tracking systems and databases
Ensure compliance with submission deadlines and UAE-specific regulations
Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams for strategic proposals
Assist in post-bid analysis and feedback to improve future submissions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Adobe InDesign or similar design software is a plus
