Job Title:
Desktop Support Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in desktop support, IT troubleshooting, and end-user support
Experience in enterprise IT environments is preferred
UAE work experience is an advantage
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, MS Office Suite, and basic networking
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
