What you'll be doing
You will lead the end-to-end delivery of interior projects across our luxury homeware boutiques from concept to handover, ensuring alignment with design intent, quality execution, cost control, and timely delivery.
This is a project management role focused on delivery and execution. You will work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, and provide technical support in preparing layouts, presentations, and renders to support decision-making and project progress across multiple locations.
Proactive Liaison
Ensure all constraints imposed by law or authorities are identified and addressed in the correct sequence.
Ensure all required legal authorizations, permits, and approvals are obtained on time.
Liaise with clients and their business partners throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate closely with project team members and other divisions when required.
Reporting
Provide regular progress updates to management.
Highlight risks and challenges and propose solutions for approval.
Prepare project status reports and follow up on key milestones.
Project Follow-Up
Track approvals, payments, and material deliveries.
Support project cost estimations and prepare quotations.
Monitor timelines and flag any delays.
Participate in relevant projects and community activities as needed.
Site Coordination & Follow-Up
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality against approved drawings and specifications.
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure adherence to timelines and resolve on-site issues.
Track and report site progress, highlighting delays or discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.
Design & Technical Support
Review shop drawings and technical documentation in detail before execution.
Prepare and review design layouts, space plans, and renders using AutoCAD and/or SketchUp to support presentations.
Coordinate with the design team to ensure project documentation and drawings are updated and aligned with site progress.
Contracts & Procurement Support
Support in compiling BOQs, vendor quotations, and contract documentation.
Review material submittals and supplier proposals.
Follow-up on deliveries and payment cycles.
What you’ll need to succeed
7-10 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in project management within luxury retail, hospitality, project management firms, or general contracting (luxury homeware experience is a plus).
Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering.
Strong proficiency in AtuoCAD (3DS / 3D Max) or SketchUp.
Ability to produce layouts and renders.
Solid understanding of construction and execution processes.
Strong knowledge of PM best practices and industry standards.
Good knowledge of procurement, contracting workflows, BOQs, and cost tracking.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end (portfolio required)
Resilient and versatile, able to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast-pace, matrixed environment.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
