Job Position – MEP Supervisor

Company Name – Al Mana Real Estate

Seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and coordination of MEP systems while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
– Supervise and coordinate day-to-day MEP activities on site.
– Manage installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP systems.
– Oversee chiller plants and VRV/VRF systems, ensuring optimal performance.
– Monitor and maintain fire alarm and firefighting systems in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
– Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
– Handle tenant complaints, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
– Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and preventive maintenance schedules.
– Prepare reports, inspections, and documentation related to MEP works.

Preferred Skills
– Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
– Familiarity with local authority regulations and safety standards
– Team management and coordination abilities

Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering
– Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
– Must have a valid QID and NOC
– Must be locally available in Qatar
