Job Title:
Site Engineer (Fit-Out Works)
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience: 2–5 years in fit-out, interior, or finishing works
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards for interior projects
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage on-site fit-out works, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth execution of works
Monitor site progress, prepare daily reports, and track timelines against project schedules
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site
Assist in resolving technical issues and implement design modifications when required
Collaborate with design and project management teams to achieve project objectives
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of fit-out works, interior finishes, and construction processes
Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with construction documentation, quality control, and site safety practices
Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities
