Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, Time & Labor)
Analyze HR and payroll business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and maintain RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
Customize Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflows as per business needs
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot PL/SQL code
Provide post-implementation support and system enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and compliance
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite HCM
Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and Time & Labor modules
Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, and Workflow

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 18,000 – 28,000 per month
(Based on senior Oracle EBS HCM consultant roles in Saudi Arabia with 3+ years of experience)
Solid understanding of HR and Payroll business processes
Experience supporting enterprise clients and production environments
Native Arabic speaker (mandatory requirement)
