Key Responsibilities
Develop 3D MEP BIM models for building and utility construction projects
Coordinate with MEP engineers, architects, and site teams
Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards
Support clash detection and design coordination
Update BIM models based on site requirements and revisions
Maintain BIM documentation and drawings
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience as an MEP BIM Modeler
Mandatory experience in building & utility construction
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of 3D MEP modeling
BIM coordination and clash detection
MEP systems modeling (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing)
Professional Skills:
Strong coordination abilities
Attention to detail
Ability to meet project deadlines
Salary:
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
QAR 7,000 – 11,000 per month
(Based on Qatar market standards for MEP BIM Modelers with 5+ years of experience)
