Key Responsibilities
Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost reports, and financial forecasts
Manage tender evaluations, bid submissions, and commercial negotiations
Track project expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and finance teams
Review contracts, change orders, and claims to minimize commercial risks
Provide monthly cost analysis reports and recommendations to senior management
Ensure financial compliance with company policies and project requirements
Align commercial strategies with organizational objectives
Support profitability and cost optimization across civil construction projects

Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management

Experience:
8–12 years in cost control, commercial management, or project management
Experience in a contracting company (UAE/GCC preferred)
High-rise or large-scale civil project experience is an advantage

Technical Skills:
Budgeting & cost control systems
Commercial procedures & tendering
MS Excel, Primavera P6, and cost management software

Professional Skills:
Strong analytical and financial management skills
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
Risk assessment and problem-solving
Team coordination and leadership
