Job Position – Maintenance Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-time

To manage and coordinate maintenance activities, service requests, and technical teams. The role involves scheduling jobs, monitoring work progress, coordinating with technicians, vendors, and clients, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and log maintenance requests from clients or internal departments
Schedule and assign jobs to technicians and maintenance staff
Coordinate daily maintenance activities and follow up on job completion
Prepare job cards, work orders, and service reports
Coordinate with suppliers and external vendors for spare parts and services
Monitor maintenance costs and material usage
Ensure maintenance work complies with safety and company standards
Maintain proper records, documentation, and reports
Handle customer communication and resolve basic service issues

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Minimum 2–4 years experience in maintenance coordination or facilities management
Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, maintenance software)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
