Job Title:
Budget Controller
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Preferred Qualification: MBA / CA / CMA / CFA or other professional finance certifications
Experience: 5–10 years in budgeting, cost control, or financial planning roles
Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or large-scale projects is a plus
Responsibilities:
Prepare, monitor, and control project and organizational budgets
Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for cost optimization
Coordinate with departments to gather budget inputs and forecasts
Track expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budgets
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
Support audits and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Assist in long-term financial planning and forecasting
