Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the supermarket branch
Ensure smooth functioning of sales, inventory, merchandising, and customer service
Lead, train, and supervise store staff to achieve operational and sales targets
Monitor stock levels, ordering, and vendor coordination
Implement company policies, procedures, and promotional activities
Handle customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Monitor financial performance, cash handling, and expense control
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
