Key Responsibilities

Lead the full project life cycle from initiation to final handover
Plan, coordinate, and manage project resources and daily operations
Develop, review, and update project schedules regularly
Manage project budgets and control costs effectively
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
Prepare and submit progress reports to management and clients
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Maintain strong client and partner relationships

Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Project Management, or related field

Experience:
Minimum 20+ years of experience in engineering or consultancy project management
Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams
Experience managing large-scale projects
Technical & Management Skills:
Advanced project management expertise
Strong planning, analytical, and decision-making skills

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
