Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
Develop and execute sales strategies for the Oman market
Handle key accounts, distributors, and contractor relationships
Promote LED, electrical, solar, and smart lighting solutions
Drive market expansion and new business development
Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and reporting
Provide technical product guidance to clients
Ensure consistent achievement of sales KPIs
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Experience:
5–7 years of hands-on sales experience in LED lighting / electrical products
2–3 years in a Sales Manager / Supervisor / Team Lead role
Proven Oman market experience with contractors & distributors
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of LED, indoor/outdoor, solar & smart lighting
Technical product understanding for commercial selling
Sales strategy & revenue planning
Soft Skills:
Leadership & team management
Strong negotiation & communication
Strategic thinking & execution
Client relationship management

OMR 1,200 – 2,000 per month
