Play a pivotal role in fostering and expanding our relationships with business-to-business clients. Focus on understanding the unique needs of each clients, implementing strategic account plans, and driving growth through effective collaboration. Requires a deep understanding of B2B dynamics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex business relationships.

Responsibilities
- Conduct business reviews with accounts and identify business opportunities and business relationships which result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Develop and maintain strong continuous and long-term business relationship with clients/ Restaurants.
- Understand client’s business objectives, industry challenges, and market trends.
- Provide excellent service and resolve operational issues between clients/restaurant and company.
- Work collaborate with clients to create and implement strategic account plans aligned with their business goals.
- Optimize the content of memorandum of agreement (MOA) and delivery time.
- Ensure timely contract renewals and identify opportunities for contract expansion. Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing for contracts and agreements.
- Advertisement sales by acquiring and maintaining pictures from client’s brand, branding Wiyak stickers/logos at restaurants, banners, and newsletter.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, by cross-selling, and upselling strategy.
- Encourage our clients to go digital
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as accounts-sales, marketing, and business development to ensure alignment with clients needs.
- Address client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and proactively identify and resolve potential challenges in the client relationship.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting, by generating period reports.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in similar industry.
