We’re Hiring | Business Development Manager (BDM) – Oil & Gas (Kuwait)

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with 10+ years of proven experience to drive business growth and strengthen our market presence within the Oil & Gas sector in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
Strengthen market position and expand existing brands
Identify and develop new business opportunities across upstream, midstream, downstream, EPC, and Oil & Gas services.
Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and acquire new clients (E&P companies, contractors, OEMs).
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
Support contract negotiations, MSAs, and long-term agreements
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to expand solutions and services.
Track sales performance and report using CRM tools.

Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the Oil & Gas / Energy sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
Strong understanding of Oil & Gas services, engineering, and EPC environments.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Transferable residency in Kuwait.
Valid driving license
