Job Title: Safety Officer / HSE Officer
Salary: SAR 3,000 – 4,500 (total package)
Qualifications & Experience:
Relevant safety or HSE certification (NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent preferred)
Proven experience as a Safety Officer in civil construction projects
Strong knowledge of safety documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements
Responsibilities:
Ensure implementation of HSE policies and procedures on site
Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and records
Conduct safety inspections and audits on a regular basis
Identify hazards and risks and implement corrective actions
Provide safety training and awareness sessions for site workers
Monitor compliance with local safety regulations and company standards
Coordinate with site management and contractors to ensure safe work practices
Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of HSE documentation and reporting
Experience in civil construction projects
Strong communication and coordination skills
Indian nationals only
Available to work at AlHaer, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
