Key Responsibilities
- Own sales targets, revenue growth, GMV, and full P&L for the OmniTech Division.
- Define and execute channel-wise growth strategies with clear monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Drive profitability, margin improvement, and budget discipline in coordination with Finance.
- Develop and present data-backed growth roadmaps, business plans, and forecasts.
- Identify new revenue streams, cross-selling opportunities, and local/regional market expansion.
- Lead and hold segment heads accountable through KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Act as the single point of accountability for commercial results while aligning strategy with operations.
- Provide regular performance reporting to senior management.

Preferred Profile
- 10+ years in senior business or commercial leadership roles
- Strong multi-channel sales and P&L ownership experience
- Knowledge of ICT / OmniTech-related businesses
- Proven ability to lead senior managers
- Data-driven, commercially sharp, and results-oriented
- GCC experience preferred
