Job Title: Compensation & Benefits Analyst

Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Experience: 3–6 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits
Industry Experience: Corporate / HR Consulting / Shared Services (preferred)

Responsibilities:
Analyze and administer compensation and benefits programs
Conduct salary benchmarking and market surveys
Support annual salary review, bonus, and incentive processes
Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and analysis for management
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Assist in job evaluations and grading structures
Coordinate with payroll and HR teams on compensation-related matters
Support benefits administration and vendor coordination

Requirements:
Proven experience in compensation and benefits analysis
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
Knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation, and market pricing
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Strong communication and presentation skills
