Job Title: Architectural Design Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or a relevant discipline
Experience: Minimum 6–12+ years of relevant professional experience (depending on role)
Industry Experience: Prior Gulf project experience is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed architectural designs, drawings, and layouts for projects
Ensure designs comply with client requirements, project specifications, and local regulations
Apply Saudi Codes, standards, and other Gulf-specific regulations in designs
Collaborate and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, interior)
Review and approve shop drawings, design submissions, and contractor proposals
Provide technical support during project execution and resolve design-related issues
Maintain accurate documentation and records for all design activities
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are consistently met
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or relevant discipline
6–12+ years of experience in architectural design and technical engineering
Prior Gulf project experience is strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of Saudi Codes, standards, and local regulations
Proficient in engineering design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent)
Excellent documentation, coordination, and reporting skills
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities

Engineer-Level Roles: SAR 15,000 – 25,000 per month
(Based on engineering roles in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with 6–12+ years of experience)
