Key Responsibilities
Install, upgrade, and maintain Red Hat OpenShift environments.
Manage day-2 operations and ongoing cluster administration.
Implement DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows for automation.
Ensure Kubernetes and container security best practices are applied.
Work within enterprise IAM and compliance frameworks for banking clients.
Troubleshoot and optimize cloud-native applications and infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain secure and compliant environments.
Requirements & Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in DevSecOps or cloud-native engineering.
Strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift installation, upgrades, and administration.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and automation ownership.
Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes and container security.
Experience in enterprise IAM and compliance environments.
Red Hat OpenShift Administration certification preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
