Job Title:
BIM Modeler (Civil / Structural / Architectural)

Qualifications & Experience:
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering
Certificate in AutoCAD (mandatory)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar BIM modeling role
Experience with reputable construction or contracting companies is preferred
Airport project experience is an added advantage

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage BIM models for civil, structural, and architectural works
Coordinate BIM models and extract drawings to support the design and engineering teams
Perform model checks during both design and construction phases
Extract schedules and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from BIM models for procurement purposes
Coordinate with the CAD team for the issuance of construction drawings
Identify, resolve, and report design and coordination issues
Handle design changes during construction that require urgent action
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards

Requirements:
Strong experience in BIM modeling for construction projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant BIM software
Ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines
Strong understanding of construction workflows and documentation
Very good English language and communication skills
Candidates with transferable RP are encouraged to apply
