Qualifications & Experience:
Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
Experience: 1–3 years in administration, document control, or office support
Responsibilities:
Maintain and organize project and company documents, records, and files
Implement document control procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
Receive, review, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents
Support administrative tasks including office coordination and correspondence
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and official communications
Track and follow up on document submissions, approvals, and updates
Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation
Ensure proper archiving and retrieval of documents as per standards
