Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end import logistics processes for fashion products, from supplier shipment to final delivery in KSA.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Customs regulations, SFDA, SASO, and other relevant authorities.
• Handle SABER platform registration and certification for imported fashion items (apparel, accessories, footwear, etc.).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to ensure timely and cost-effective import operations.
•Review and prepare import documents (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, HS codes, etc.).
• Track shipments and resolve issues related to customs clearance or delivery delays.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in import/logistics operations, preferably in the fashion, retail, or consumer goods sector.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Customs regulations, import classification (HS codes), and clearance procedures.
• Proven experience managing SABER and FASAH platforms.
• Familiarity with SFDA, SASO, and GSO standards applicable to fashion and consumer goods.
• Solid understanding of international shipping and Incoterms.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in free zone operations or bonded warehouses.
• Knowledge of import duty exemption and trade compliance processes.
Salary - SR 4000(Basic), Housing & Transport by company.
