Kep Responsibilities:
Expediting & Schedule Control
• Expedite materials and equipment in line with approved purchase orders and project schedules.
• Review purchase orders, delivery terms, and milestone dates.
• Monitor vendor engineering, manufacturing, inspection, and shipment progress.
• Identify potential delays and take proactive corrective actions.
Key Skills & Competences:
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Good understanding of Oil & Gas supply chain practices
• Knowledge of inspection and expediting procedures
• Ability to work under schedule pressure and manage multiple vendors
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain
• 5-6+ years experience in Material Expeditor in Oil & Gas or EPC projects
• Experience in Saudi Aramco projects preferred
• Knowledge of manufacturing, inspection, and logistics processes
• Familiarity with ERP system (SAP preferred)
