Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Contracting
• Execute end-to-end procurement activities in accordance with Saudi Aramco procurements polies and EPC contract requirements.
• Handle Material Requisitions (MRs), RFQs, bid analysis, and purchase recommendations.
• Lead technical and commercial bid evaluation and prepare Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE) reports.
• Support contract negotiations, PO placement, amendments, and close-out activities.
• Review vendor deviations and coordinates approvals through engineering Aramco review cycles.

Key Skills & Competences:
• Strong understanding of Aramco engineering and procurement practices.
• Commercial negotiation and contract management skills
• Ability to manage multiple procurements packages under tight schedule.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management capability
• High attention to compliance and Documentation accuracy

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Chemical Engineering
• 8-10+ years procurements experience in Oil & Gas EPC Projects
• Proven Saudi Aramco projects experience (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge in SAES, SAMSS and Aramco vendor approval process
• Experience with SAP/ERP/Odoo Systems
• CIPS or PMP certification is an advantage
