Role Overview:

The Sales/Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and fostering strong client
relationships. Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing
accounts, and delivering tailored solutions, this role is instrumental in achieving sales targets and
ensuring client satisfaction. The Sales/Account Manager collaborates closely with clients, understands their needs, and provides exceptional service to meet and exceed expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Manage a portfolio of accounts
•Commercial understanding and handling negotiation with clients and develop positive relationship with clients
•Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
•Business development - Acquire new accounts using our services (prospecting, targeting, pitching, contract negotiations, go-live)
•Build and manage relationships with existing accounts.
•Work closely with the operations (production/design/purchase/…etc.) team internally & make sure the client requirements are serviced and strike the right balance between operational feasibility, cost, and client experience.
•He/ she manages the project plans and works closely with other departments to ensure that all operational requirements of the project are fulfilled timely.
•Attending the execution of projects (physical events and creative work) while ensuring that all logistics requirements are carried out according to the plans.
•Any other task assigned by management.

Requirements:

•Proven experience as a Sales or Accounts Manager, with a successful track record, preferably in the Events and Exhibitions Industry.
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
