Key Responsibilities
Design and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures
Ensure consistent interpretation and application of company policies
Lead staffing and manpower planning activities
Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
Improve organizational effectiveness through climate and morale assessments
Ensure timely performance appraisals and development plans
Coach managers on employee performance management
Ensure compliance with HR regulations and internal policies
Identify training needs and capacity-building opportunities
Manage training programs within budget constraints
Work closely with the Executive Management Team on HR initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
10+ years in HR managerial roles OR 5 years as HR Manager (HRM)
Strong employee relations and people management skills
Workforce training needs analysis & coaching expertise
Interviewing & manpower planning skills
Knowledge of HR systems (SAP / ERP)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent leadership and communication skills
