Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and leadership skills
Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
Excellent visual, conceptual, and communication skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience working on short-term projects and managing creative teams
