Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities with UAE-based and international law firms
Build and manage long-term relationships with partners, associates, and decision-makers within law firms
Lead client outreach, pitches, proposals, and commercial discussions
Contribute to market expansion initiatives across new jurisdictions and practice areas
Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic positioning
Collaborate closely with internal legal, research, and delivery teams to ensure effective client outcomes
Represent the business at legal industry events, conferences, and networking forums
Track opportunities, maintain pipelines, and report on business development performance
Requirements
3–7 years of experience in business development or client-facing roles within legal services, law firms, or professional services
Demonstrated experience engaging with and selling services to local and/or international law firms
Strong understanding of law firm structures, decision-making processes, and client expectations
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
High level of ownership, initiative, and commercial awareness
Comfortable operating in a growing and evolving business environment
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage
