Job Title: Property Consultant (Commission-Based)
Qualifications & Experience:
Any Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
Previous experience in real estate sales or property consultancy is an advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Currently available in UAE.
Responsibilities:
Generate and manage property sales leads provided by the company.
Meet with clients to understand their property needs and provide suitable solutions.
Present properties, conduct site visits, and guide clients through the buying/renting process.
Close deals and manage documentation for property transactions.
Maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and target-driven mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client interactions.
Knowledge of UAE real estate market and property regulations is a plus.
Self-motivated with strong negotiation skills.
