Job Title: Senior Principal Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant discipline); Master’s preferred.
Minimum 10–15 years of engineering experience, including design, project management, and technical leadership.
Proven experience in leading large-scale projects in construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
Experience in the Gulf region/UAE is preferred.
Professional certifications (PE, Chartered Engineer, PMP) are an advantage.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Lead engineering teams and provide technical guidance across projects.
Oversee design, review, and approval of engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, standards, and best practices.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
Review and approve technical reports, calculations, and project deliverables.
Mentor junior engineers and support talent development within the team.
Participate in strategic planning, feasibility studies, and technical audits.
