Job Title: Head of EYFS
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Proven leadership experience in a British Curriculum school.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, curriculum planning, and staff development.
Experience in leading inspections and quality assurance processes is an advantage.
Currently available in UAE.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the EYFS department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
Develop and implement the EYFS curriculum in line with British educational standards.
Mentor, train, and evaluate teaching staff within the EYFS department.
Monitor student progress and implement strategies to improve outcomes.
Prepare for and lead school inspections, audits, and quality assurance processes.
Ensure compliance with safety, welfare, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align EYFS goals with overall school objectives.
