Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
Monitor project costs, variations, and final accounts
Implement and monitor quality control procedures
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams
Requirements
Experience: 5–8 years
Strong knowledge of cost control and QA/QC practices
Construction project experience in UAE preferred
