Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain Quality Assurance systems across FM operations (hard and soft services).
Conduct quality inspections, site audits, and compliance assessments in line with SLAs and KPIs.
Ensure adherence to HSE standards, statutory regulations, and client requirements.
Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with FM operations teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve quality-related issues.
Prepare QA reports, dashboards, and performance analysis.
Maintain QA documentation in compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 if applicable).
Support internal and external audits and certification processes.
Review customer complaints and feedback and implement quality improvement actions.
Provide QA guidance and support to site and operations teams.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance within Facilities Management or a similar industry.
Must be registered with the Saudi Engineering Council (SEC) or eligible to obtain registration.
Strong knowledge of FM operations, quality management systems, and audit practices.
Experience with ISO standards and regulatory compliance is highly preferred.

High attention to detail and quality focus.
Ability to manage multiple sites and work independently.
Proficient in MS Office and QA reporting tools.
