We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and support smooth daily operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Executive Support
- Manage executive calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence
- Draft, edit, and manage reports, presentations, and official documents
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Coordination & Communication
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/ external stakeholders
- Coordinate with departments, clients, consultants, and vendors
- Follow up on action items and deadlines on behalf of the CEO
- Support executive decision-making with accurate and timely information
Travel & Logistics
- Arrange travel itineraries, visas, accommodation, and transportation
- Prepare expense reports and track executive expenditures
- Organize events, meetings, and corporate functions
Office & Project Support
- Maintain filing systems
- Track project timelines and assist in progress reporting
- Support HR and finance teams with documentation when required
- Ensure office supplies and administrative resources are available
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management or C-level executives
- Availability to join immediately
