This is a full-time on-site role for a Sous Chef. Will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in daily operations, maintaining food quality, and ensuring the kitchen runs efficiently. The role combines leadership, technical skill, and discipline.
. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in menu execution and kitchen management
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure tasks are completed to standard
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of dishes
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
- Train and mentor junior chefs
- Step in for the Head Chef when required

- Proven experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety
