Requirements:
- Registered with the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) in Kuwait or has passed CISI exams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA is a plus).
- 8-10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit—preferably in fintech, banking, consulting, or multinational/startup environments.
Strong experience in bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Solid understanding of international operations and multi-currency accounting.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP tools.
- Native Arabic and fluent in English
