Your Role as HR Generalist:
Architect and execute HR operations across onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle
Draft and enforce legally sound documentation (contracts, warning letters, policy updates)
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal protocols
Bridge communication between management and team with clarity and warmth
Support manpower pooling and talent acquisition with velocity and discipline
