HR Administrator
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation in both digital and physical formats
• Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding documentation and related processes
• Support visa applications, Emirates ID processing, and medical fitness requirements
• Ensure HR records are maintained in compliance with UAE Labour Law
• Assist with HR correspondence and respond to employee documentation requests
• Coordinate with the Finance department on payroll-related documentation
• Organize HR filing systems and prepare records for internal or external audits
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of HR experience within the UAE
• Strong understanding of UAE labour law and HR operational procedures
• High level of attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications and HR management systems
