Inventory Controller

Job Location : Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory of lighting products, fixtures, and components to ensure optimal stock levels and availability.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to manage timely replenishment, avoiding stockouts and excess inventory
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend improvements to inventory management practices
• regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective measures as needed
• Generate and present detailed inventory reports to management, focusing on key metrics, inventory turnover, and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure effective communication and alignment regarding inventory needs and issues.
• Utilize inventory management software to track inventory levels, manage orders, and oversee shipments of lighting products.
• Receives, unpacks, and re-stocks items as necessary, labels shelves

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory control, preferably within the lighting or manufacturing industries
• Proven ability to manage inventory systems and analyze data effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in inventory management software and tools
