Requirements:
Prepare, review, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and agreements
Analyze tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and drawings
Handle contract administration including variations, claims, and extensions of time
Coordinate with project, finance, and legal teams on contractual matters
Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions
Prepare correspondence, contractual reports, and documentation
Assist in dispute resolution and negotiation with clients and subcontractors
Support procurement and commercial activities related to contracts
