Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of fitness centers, spa, and wellness facilities
Develop and implement leisure programs, fitness classes, and spa services
Manage and train staff to ensure high standards of customer service
Monitor budgets, inventory, and procurement of spa and fitness supplies
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Promote wellness packages and programs to increase client engagement and revenue
Handle client feedback and maintain strong customer relationships
Plan marketing initiatives for spa and fitness offerings
Requirements:
Proven experience in managing fitness and spa operations
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of wellness trends, spa treatments, and fitness programs
Ability to manage budgets, staffing, and operational logistics
Customer-focused and detail-oriented
