Job Title: Solar Engineering Consultant Lead
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related Engineering field
8–12 years of experience in solar energy projects, with at least 3 years in a lead/consultant role
Experience in UAE or international solar projects is preferred
Responsibilities:
Lead engineering design, planning, and implementation of solar power projects
Provide technical consultancy on solar energy solutions, feasibility studies, and project optimization
Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams for smooth execution
Ensure compliance with UAE and international standards, regulations, and best practices
Conduct technical risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
Support project proposals, tenders, and client presentations
Requirements:
Proven experience in solar power engineering and project management
Strong knowledge of photovoltaic systems, inverters, and energy storage
Familiarity with UAE renewable energy standards and regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
